Channel 06 · The pilot
We run it on ourselves first. For a full snow season.
The pilot group is our own portfolio run as one operator’s group: the nine Erie home-service brands of Lodging Connections, with Erie Snow Removal as flagship — one operator, no spare time, real rate cards, real winters. If the system cannot keep the group’s nine locations lit and ringing through snow season, it has no business near yours.
The pattern, live now
A 24/7 channel is not a mockup here
The studio already operates a 24/7 channel on the exact pattern each location will get: Erie Spotlight TV, looping the studio’s Erie programming around the clock — flagship episode, shorts, and packages in rotation. It is the proof channel for the TV stage of the flywheel: same mechanics, same discipline, running today.
What it proves: the channel pattern and the production pipeline behind it. What it does not prove yet: that pattern running for nine separate locations at weekly cadence, all season. That is the pilot.
Player: the live Erie Spotlight TV channel. Programming is the studio’s own; presenters are AI and disclosed as such in the content. If the player does not load — some blockers stop third-party embeds — watch it directly: Erie Spotlight TV on Viloud.
The pilot roster
Nine locations, one operator, Erie County
| CH | Location | Trade | Standing today |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Erie Snow Removal — flagship | Snow & ice | Produced set on record (episode, shorts, YouTube package, podcast pilot); pattern channel live. Readiness A− — the only location that can run the full flywheel today; its first podcast episode is held on claims (below) |
| 02 | Erie Lawn Mowing | Lawn care | Shares the flagship’s interview bank; no winter service on record — off-season this season by design, the pilot’s control case. Its season is spring |
| 03 | Erie Maid Service | House cleaning | Rate ladder on record; full 53-question bank built. Best-positioned of the eight — cast, brand kit, and facts file land at pilot assembly |
| 04 | Erie Pressure Washing | Exterior cleaning | Two price points on record, scope unverified; late October is season-end in Erie — winter slate is education and spring booking only |
| 05 | Erie House Painters | Painting | Interior season is a real angle, and its price book is confirmed as the operative rate card: the standard 12×12 room package is $710 (walls, two coats), two rooms $1,290, three rooms $1,875, and the full interior is published as ≈$3,100 — approximate, never stated as exact. Exterior work is estimate-only |
| 06 | Home Repairs Erie PA | Repairs & handyman | Listed under its DBA name; the brand’s own site titled itself “Erie Property Repair” until that title defect was fixed live on Oct 22, 2026 — it now carries its DBA name. $120/hr and $145 minimum on record |
| 07 | Gutter Cleaning Erie PA | Gutters | $225 per visit on record, scope of a visit unverified; strong pre-winter seasonal fit. Facts file, cast, and bank module at pilot assembly |
| 08 | Junk Removal Erie PA | Hauling | $210–$940 range on record, tier drivers unverified — the range gets its facts before any figure is spoken. Holiday declutter season fits |
| 09 | Window Cleaning Erie PA | Window cleaning | Listed under its DBA name; the brand’s own site titled itself “Erie Window Washers” until that title defect was fixed live on Oct 22, 2026 — it now carries its DBA name. Price book confirmed as the operative rate card: $10 per pane for the complete exterior job, a typical colonial ≈$200 as published (approximate); fall season ending |
| 10 | Reserved — founding cohort | Yours | Opens after the January gate, if the gate says prove |
A note on the count, because this page deals in exact numbers: the group is nine brands. Erie Snow Removal is one of the nine — Lodging Connections DBA #1 — and also the studio’s flagship; it is not a tenth location, and channel 10 stays held for the founding cohort. We would rather show the arithmetic than round it.
One more piece of plain dealing: the pilot trades are the operator’s own — snow, lawn, cleaning, painting, repairs, gutters, hauling, windows. Plumbing, HVAC, and roofing have interview banks and facts modules built and waiting; their evidence arrives with the founding cohort.
The record so far
What exists today — and what does not
On the record
- The production pipeline — proven end-to-end on the studio’s own brands: presenter episodes, shorts, YouTube packages, audio, graphics, each with QC records. The flagship’s full sample set exists as files, not slides.
- The pattern channel — Erie Spotlight TV, live around the clock (above).
- The question banks — 53-question interview banks built for ten niches, 530 questions, each mapped to the facts a location’s copy may use.
- The control archive — a 1,709-file library of proven direct-mail packages, being read into dossiers; as of this week, more than 300 of its roughly 1,500 scanned files have been machine-read, best material first.
- Publishing mechanics — hosting with per-asset QC records, social distribution, and the portal delivery flow have all been walked end-to-end on the studio’s own work.
Not yet — stated plainly
- No paying clients. Revenue to date for LocationCast is zero. There are no client results, logos, or testimonials anywhere on this site because there is nothing honest to put there.
- The season has not run. Nine locations at weekly cadence for twelve weeks is the pilot’s claim to test, not a fact to cite.
- One pilot episode is on hold. The flagship’s first podcast episode carries spoken claims its rate card cannot support; it is held from publication until corrected. The arithmetic check that caught it is now standard.
- The client portal has no approval buttons — verified by walking it. Approvals therefore run on the deemed-approval clock by design, with the portal carrying review and delivery.
- Three gates stand before any sale: insurance bound, services agreement adopted, and billing live for the studio’s entity. All three are the owner’s to complete, and cohort onboarding waits for all three.
Operated by
Who runs this
LocationCast is built and operated by the One Hour Everywhere studio in Erie, Pennsylvania — the same studio that already operates the Erie Spotlight Sessions channel and Erie Spotlight TV, and whose own service brands are the pilot group on this page. It is a venture of Neat Circle LLC. There is no bench of account managers behind a curtain: the pilot group is the operator’s own portfolio, run by the people who built the system, and the exception reports name the operator who handled them.
The prove-or-pivot gate
Published in advance, so we can’t move it later
Season: Mon Oct 26, 2026 – Sun Jan 17, 2027 — twelve weeks, the flagship’s highest-stakes quarter. Mid-pilot checkpoint: Mon Dec 7, 2026 — zero group leads by then triggers a published pivot. Gate review: the week of January 18, 2027, read from the full records, misses included. The criteria below are quoted from the venture’s concept document, verbatim — the gate of record, not a paraphrase.
| # | Criterion |
|---|---|
| 1 | At least 90% of planned pieces shipped on cadence |
| 2 | At least 7 of the group’s 9 locations’ channels live and current at gate review |
| 3 | Measurable tracked-call activity attributable to content at at least 5 locations |
| 4 | Human touches at 2 or fewer per location per week by week 8 |
| 5 | Zero unapproved claims published |
PIVOT is also pre-defined: if cadence cannot hold across nine locations without heroics, the system doesn’t scale and gets fixed or folded; if content ships and calls don’t move anywhere, the premise is wrong and the strategy gets rebuilt or the venture parks. A parked venture is a respectable outcome. A quietly failing one kept alive for appearances is not.
