LocationCast
Pilot board — ET Erie, PA
Pilot status — Nov 1, 2026 LocationCast is in pilot on the operator’s own Erie, PA group; the pilot season began October 26, 2026, and runs under a hard compliance gate on December 7, 2026 (Pennsylvania’s Act 99 AI-disclosure law). No external locations are being served, and there is nothing to buy on this site. The founding cohort opens by request access after the pilot gate review in January 2027.

A broadcast system for multi-location home-services operators

Every location on air. Every week. In its own voice.

Local service work is won location by location, in “near me” moments — and the content that wins those moments has to be local, constant, and in a human voice. LocationCast turns each of your locations into a broadcaster: its own presenter, its own channels, its own 24/7 TV channel, and a weekly run of programming built from that location’s own prices, towns, and offers.

You give the system one recorded interview per location, once. It does the rest, on a schedule, and reports back in the only number that matters: tracked calls.

Anatomy of a location

What “a broadcaster” actually means

Not a folder of videos. A standing operation, per location, made of six parts — each one built once, then run by the system every week.

A-1

A presenter of its own

An AI spokesperson cast to the trade’s working-owner archetype — face and voice matched, regional, credible in a driveway. The same presenter fronts every piece the location ever publishes, so the town learns a face. Presenters are AI and are disclosed as AI on the content itself.

A-2

Channels of its own

A YouTube channel, social profiles, and a 24/7 TV channel per location — in the location’s name, owned by you, dressed in its brand. A location is never a tab inside somebody else’s feed.

A-3

A facts file

The location’s rate card, service towns, offers with their real expiry dates, guarantees, and answers — gathered in one 60-minute interview and kept current quarterly. This file is the only source the copy is allowed to draw claims from.

A-4

Copy with a spine

Scripts are built on the structures of direct-mail packages that demonstrably ran for years — offer construction, guarantee framing, itemized value — then filled with the location’s facts. Proven structure, local substance, nothing invented.

A-5

Approval without meetings

Each week’s batch posts to your portal on a stated clock. Comment on any item and only that item reopens. Say nothing and the batch ships when the clock runs out. Your approval process is a glance, not a meeting.

A-6

Reporting in calls

Every location and every channel carries that location’s tracked number. The monthly report reads in calls per location, per week, computed from call records — who’s ringing, who’s dark, what shipped — not in impressions.

The problem, priced

Three doors, and every one of them costs six figures

If you run five or more locations, you have already priced this problem — through one of three doors. These are the persona’s numbers for a 12-location group, with assumptions shown. They are a model to test against your own books, not results we claim.

DOOR 1

The agency retainer

$547,200 /yr

A typical content-and-social retainer, per location, for largely shared creative with the town name swapped — on two-to-three-week turnarounds.

$3,800 /loc/mo × 12 locations × 12 months

DOOR 2

The in-house build

$780,000 /yr

One competent videographer-editor per location, loaded — before equipment, vehicles, and the management time of a department you never wanted to run.

$65,000 loaded × 12 locations

DOOR 3

The leak

$1,404,000 /yr

What stale presence quietly costs: one booked job per location per day going to whoever showed up in the feed and the map pack instead of you.

12 loc × $450 avg ticket × 260 selling days — at half that rate it still beats Door 1

Why nobody sells you this

The incumbents can’t follow

An agency that automated per-location production would cannibalize the retainer this replaces — so agencies will keep selling you shared creative at location prices. The AI video platforms sell software to people with time to operate it; becoming a done-for-you operator is a different business they don’t want. An in-house team can’t spread one pipeline across hundreds of locations.

LocationCast exists because one studio spent a year building the four pieces separately — presenter production, channel operations, facts-driven scripting, call attribution — and then assembled them.

The trust move

You keep the keys

Your channels are in your name. Your masters live in your vault. And every video ships with its editable timeline file, so your own editor — or a future vendor — can open any piece and change it. Agencies hold assets hostage because lock-in is their model. We hand over the timelines because the flywheel is ours.

Founding cohort

Three operators. After the receipts.

The pilot runs through the snow season on our own group. In January 2027 it faces a published prove-or-pivot gate. If it proves, three multi-location operators join the founding cohort — terms locked for twelve months, in exchange for measurement access and an honest conversation at season’s end.
